So, Amy took part in over half the soundtrack? I thought she just did the one song.

So, Amy took part in over half the soundtrack? I thought she just did the one song I did too. I'm happy that Amy got the chance to diversify her projects: a journalism/war movie, a ghost movie and now a love story. The days of the "gothic chick from Evanescence" ( ) are long gone !!

Weird she didn't do more press for this movie like Voice from the Stone and War Story. I didn't even know any of the songs had lyrics till I heard the preview for "Through Your Eyes".

Because the soundtrack consists of piano melodies and a short song which is not really worth promoting as it isn't a full song. It is just another step into scoring for film by Amy Lee.

I listen to a lot of film scores - I feel like I listen to them about a third of the time, actually - but I notice I usually am not crazy about score from this genre of film, and I'm usually not watching movies like this. (Not planning on seeing this one.) I was curious to see how Amy would handle it. Honeypot and Bill's Wife's Theme are the only one I kinda like but I don't foresee myself listening to either on a loop anytime soon, except maybe Honeypot. Not my cup of tea. But I'm excited for future scores from Amy - I wanna see her tackle some horror or sci-fi. Or maybe even something in a historical setting.

This album sounds so ... well like a soundtrack! You rarely find tracks longer than one or two minutes. and there's just one song longer than 3 minutes. but in my ears it sounds "very" well done. seriously. It is what it should be. It is another decent OST from Amy Lee the Film Scorer. I wasn't a big fan of the movie either and while listening to this album I barely (want to) remember any scene of it and rewatch it in my mind. But these tracks ... they are really beautiful. They sound so so so relaxing. I like how beautifully Amy's piano reflects that magical, mysterious and wondrous emotion of Love. I'd love to put tracks like Dream of Ice (The longest one), The First Kiss and a mix/extended versions of The Final Leap, Bill's Wife, Honeypot and Opening Theme on repeat in silence while simply lying on my bed, doing works or reading books. they are so calming. I also like how Jazzy Amy's piano sounds in some of tracks like Shaving which is new to me.

Not sure if anyone has noticed but the version of "Through Your Eyes" in the movie scene is slightly different to the one on the album. It feels extended or longer. I'm not sure if they repeat it or if there is a longer version.

I really hate that itunes made “Through Your Eyes” an “album only” track, and it’s not on Spotify either. *shakes fist in air*

All this time I thought Dream of Ice is written or at least played by Amy. Today someone told me it's a track from Dave Eggar's album, Serenity. that is recorded in 1998 I'm so sorry guys for the wrong info I didn't know Dave writes piano pieces too
