I love the way Amy sings here. This song keeps repeating in my mind. Her voice is haunting.

^ Agreed. It's like she's feeling everything she says. Her voice is so sexy. The first listen was weird, but I think it's growing on me. I like this groovy 80's vibe.

THIS SONG IS PERFECT!! The sexy beat, her soft voice (which I missed so badly in EV3), such an ethereal vibe. I LOVE IT.

I love this song so much,it's one of my favourites from "Aftermath".The way Amy sings is so haunting and beautiful. Also it's catchy too, it got stuck in my head the first time I heard it.

.... when i first heard the song i cracked up laughing... its very different.
What i will say to anyone who is not a fan of this song is:
This Song was made to be in the background of a film. The director has probably said to Amy and Dave, 'hay i need some music for this sex scene.' and Push the button is the result. The song is not something amy wrote with fans in mind.. Lol its something both amy and dave have written to fill a brief and to go with a particular scene and i think it fills its purpose quite well.
I feel like push the button is the complete polar opposite of most of the things amy writes and sings with the small exclusion of lose control, cause thats sorta got a sexy vibe to it as well. The fact that Amy can pull off this song just shows how great of an artist she is and that she can basically sing anything and make it work.

Sounds a little like Depeche Mode or NIN in their very beginning. I love the song, still a little awkward about the intro but the rest is perfect. Probably wouldn't listen to it with my parents though, ahah! And I agree with Andromeda - Evanescent-Killjoy, it was a song produced more in the sense of filling an awkward empty space in the film rather than made for the fans. And even at making a sexual song, Amy nailed it in an elegant way.

I can really hear the NIN, Portishead, Depeche Mode, and even Bjork influences Amy has mentioned in the past in this song. Hopefully she will get to flex this side of her creativity more in the future because I absolutely love it.

After listening a couple of times, this song kinda reminds me of Walking On Thin Ice by Yoko Ono... Just a little bit...

I was hooked on this song from literally 3 seconds in. It's so sexy and unexpected. I honestly didn't think that Amy could fill this void of a sexy electronic song and it was exactly what I needed and it came, and it's seriously like my birthday.

At first I found this song a little awkward, but it's growing on me more and more with every listen. It makes me want the scrapped Evanescence electronic album even more. I just hope after the release of 'Aftermath' that Amy releases more songs digitally and hopefully not with 5 years breaks between each release.

I absolutely love this tune, and I feel like it's a good indication of what could have been with the Lillywhite sessions. I can't help but feel the production (or maybe just the mixing) could've been a bit slicker, but it's still great to hear something so different from Amy.
