^^I agree, but frankly I don't care that much. As long as they make enough money to keep releasing albums and touring, I don't mind. What I want is to hear what the guys really want to produce, I don't want a label breathing on their necks, trying to control their creative process. Besides, it turned out that WU made them change EV3 and failed to promote it the way they could have given the money they can put on promotion.
So it was a lose-lose situation with WU, we were not hearing the music that the band really wanted us to hear, and at the same time the promotion was sucking anyway.
So I would take less success and shorter tours if that means that I can hear the real Ev from now on.

I agree with all of you, guys. Lost In Paradise must have been a lead single. If Lost In Paradise is in the charts already before the album was release, then Wind Up should have make it a lead single. Lost In Paradise has a "My Immortal" effect. I saw an EvMeme back then about Lost In Paradise being a My Immortal Part 2. Wind Up should have make it as a lead single - for pop chart and for the pop audience of Ev. Made of Stone should be the second single to coincide with the Underworld movie. I think Made of Stone will have a good standing in rock chart. To coincide with the Avengers movie, New Way to Bleed should be the third single. The lyrical content of New Way to Bleed has some connections/relativity to the plot of the said movie. This would be good in the pop and rock chart. The fourth single will be The Change as it is a band favorite. What You Want should have been a promo single with a video.
Also, if Amy/Ev decides in the future that they'll sign up under a new label, that would be a good news to us and we'll see what kind of promotion the new label is up to. If they'll release an album independently, frankly speaking, it would be hard for them to make it to the charts as the money that will spend on their projects, singles, self-promotion etc. will come from the sales of the new album.
