I like the video, it's lovely. We got to see everybody involved in the song. I think PB really liked Troy's new hair color lol We have to remember that this tour is very expensive, so Evanescence has to count every cent. Might be why the video is not very elaborate (compared to a video like Lithium). Do you think Lindsey's crown is the same that Amy wore in the photoshoot?

Think again. I'd fire a hamster or two. Edit: All seems to be fixed now and Europe can watch again.

I just can't stop fantasizing about the idea that's been shaped in my mind for the next music video of Amy/Ev . A video so similar to Good Enough. Amy with a fierce looking outfit and make-up of a crazy goth lady ... messy hair and dark eye shadows etc ... maybe close to style of a witch In a big dark wooden gothic mansion with magical ivies all over the place (just like the ones in GE), playing piano and singing ... and while she sings with her magical angelic (booo... even angles envy of her! but anyway) voice, it's like that her house becomes alive under the purple sky: Shiny eyes appear in the cracks of woods in the ceiling and under the floor, the ivies start growing fast, barely visible ghosts and fairies dance all around, paper flowers bloom, trees move their hands and whisper, and wind blows in her hair as the candy clouds reflect the echo of her voice like a lullaby from the sky. And her countless army of hamsters quickly move around and do her works for her. in tiny wheels at her basement, in the kitchen, or on her magical piano ... all as long as she sings and she kinda controls everything with the power of her voice and the piano notes she plays Amy Lee and her music factory. The secret place where she makes her beautiful music there. Where all her songs become alive and you can understand them not only through your ears, but in a level beyond normal limits of human perception

Loved the video! Is the audio mixed slightly differently for it though? Different elements seemed to be coming through more or something? I can't quite put my finger on it. Maybe it's just from me listening to it on YouTube rather than Spotify.

Was it made by the same crew that did the video for Imperfection? Similar camera work going on which I wasn't a very big fan of in the first place, but I think it works better for this video, especially on Lindsey's part. I liked the live show approach, you can see everyone playing their instruments, that is pretty cool, it gives continuity to the live orchestra idea of this Ev tour, I liked that. I would have scrapped all the random city clips, they did nothing for me, and gone full-on orchestra clips instead, I like when Lindsey kicks in, looked pretty nice, probably my favorite part.

I'm sorry. I don't really like this. Two live performances mashed together with random aesthetic shots of people and the city. Lindsey's clips look like they were cut and pasted from a completely different video and I realize she probably shot her part separately, but it doesn't mesh at all imho. Sorry it's "pretty", but I don't feel it has anything to do with the song. Not unless you are looking at it from the perspective that the song is possible about Ben and the fact that his and Amy's relationship is dead but Ev is still alive and kickin'.

It’s that blasted PR Brown. He needs to stick to photography. That’s where he excels. As for the next video if there is one ever again, I vote for Paul Fedor (Lithium) or Eric Howell (Speak to Me).

I feel sad that I didn't like this video. The band members looked unfocused on playing their instruments, and as someone above said, it looked like scenes were cut and pasted. Almost like a bad fan video. Oh well.

Yeah, I miss their old style, I think what Ev does best in videos is telling a story and putting some cool production on them, TOD and Fallen videos are the sort of videos I could seat through at any time, cause they are entertaining and some are really beatiful like Lithium or Good Enough. I wouldn't seat through this one or Imperfecton, or MHIB, or WYW more than once, they're ok, I don't dislike them, but they don't draw me in, they are just there. Idk, I am not following the current scene, maybe the era of music videos just died and it's also reflecting on Evanescence.

or Eric Howell (Speak to Me). Would absolutely love that if he direct an Evanescence music video in future!

Evanescence usually has some kind of story, but I kind of figured that we'd get more of a performance video as a way of advertising the tour with Lindsey.
